Important: Files have to be uploaded and proofs APPROVED before 2:00 P.M. EST in order to meet the given Turnaround Time for each product.

Once printing is complete, your order will be ready for Shipment or Pick-up (Pick-up Turnaround Times vary by office. Check with your local Hotcards office). Please consider the additional shipping time when placing your order. If you do not approve your proof before the File Cut-off, turnaround will start the next business day. Please note that options such as graphic design, scoring, die cutting, folding, perfing, direct mailing, etc., will take additional time and will be reflected when adding to cart or checking out.
