Q: When you say "half page" or "quarter page" what do you mean by "page"?
A. What we call a page has a finished size of 8.5 x 11. The most common half page is 8.5 x 5.5, though a 4.25 x 11 is also considered a half page. See our template section for the most popular sizes.

1. What is your turnaround time?

File Cut-off Time

Important: Files have to be uploaded and proofs APPROVED before 2:00 P.M. EST in order to meet the given Turnaround Time for each product.

Once your product is printed, it will be ready for Shipment or Pick-up (Pickup times vary for each Hotcards Office. Please contact your local office for pickup times). Please consider the additional shipping time when placing your order. If you do not approve your proof before the File Cut-off, turnaround will start the next business day. Please note that options such as graphic design, scoring, die cutting, folding, perfing, direct mailing, etc., will add additional time and will be reflected when you add to cart and checkout.

Q: I need something changed, corrected, added, or taken off my artwork. Can you do this for me?
A: We cannot make any alterations to your artwork, whatsoever, unless you'd like it to become a design job. We offer award-winning graphic design at very competitive prices and are always happy to take the burden off a customer who's not a professional designer. Once a job becomes a "design job" it must be viewed and approved by the customer before it is sent to press.

Q: I am not satisfied with the quality of my job, will you reprint my job?
A:   Please send us 100 to 200 samples of your print job so we can find out what went wrong with your job. If we deem the problem a manufacturing defect, we will be more than happy to reprint your job. However Hotcards.com will not be responsible for design flaws on jobs not designed by Hotcards.com Design Team. Including but not limited to, typos, resolution issue or not enough bleed for cutting. Hotcards.com has the right to decide what is and what is not a manufacturing defect.
