File Cut-off Time
Important: Files have to be uploaded and proofs APPROVED before 10:00am EST in order to meet the given Turnaround Time for each product. Please check the Turnaround Time for each product to see how quickly it will be ready for shipment, or pick-up.
Turnaround Times For This Product
Brochures can be printed in 1 Day (Expedited Turnaround) or 2 Days (Standard Turnaround) without folding. Once they are printed, they will be ready for Shipment (add 1 day for pick-up). Please consider the additional shipping time when placing your order. If you do not approve your proof before the File Cut-off, turnaround will start the next business day. Please note that options such as graphic design, scoring, die cutting, folding, perfing, direct mailing, etc., will take additional time.
IF YOU ARE PICKING UP (from Akron, Cleveland, or Columbus): Your order will be ready for pick-up one day after turnaround. Pickup times vary for each Hotcards Office. Please contact your local office for pickup times.
