Check Out the Brand-New, Redesigned Hotcards Site!

It’s been in the works for a long time, and at last it’s here, and better than ever…

Welcome one and all to the new, improved online home of Hotcards low-cost printing! Have a look around, get to know the place, and let us know what you think.

One of the most exciting new features on the site is the overhauled Political and Union Printing section. Here, we’ve compiled a library of articles that offer tips and insights into printing for political campaigning. In this same section, you’ll also find links to our Political Printing blog, where we track trends in the current election campaign season and discuss hot political topics of the day.

Another cool feature that you might want to learn more about is the Hotcards widget, which allows Mac users to track and manage their Hotcards orders from the comfort and convenience of their desktop.

If you’re just poking around online for some inspiration, have a look at our newest design resource: The Design Idea of the Week. Every week, we’ll be covering a new topic. Some Design Ideas will target current trends of interest to professional designers. But don’t worry! All the Design Ideas we present will be easy for the DIY designer to use to prepare for their next Hotcards printing project.

Most of all, we hope that you’ll find the newly revamped site easy to use. Our goal is to make the entire printing process as simple for you as possible. Easy, inexpensive printing for businesses, politial campaigns, unions, and personal projects is our specialty. Whatever category you fit into, consider us your one-stop print, print design, and direct mail resource.

The new additions include a few of the things I've always wished for on the site. The detailed status bar/status info field is awesome. The widget makes it easy to see the status of multiple orders at a glance.

A few things I noticed that didn't change for the better are the order history. Before it was listed from most recent to least recent and after the update that seems to have flipped around. Another thing is that the shopping cart doesn't seem to remember your order if you shop before logging in. Other than that, nice changes.

I think a "cancel this order" button while the job is still in pre-press would be a nice addition. And a "re-order" option in my order history would be a nice addition as well.
